Job Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote IT support for hospital staff and departments
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, POS devices, IP phones, and network equipment
Manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, and access control)
Administer Microsoft 365 services including email, SharePoint, and user access
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
Ensure compliance with ADHICS and internal IT security policies
Support and coordinate with vendors for HIS, CCTV/ANPR, IPTV, and other healthcare systems
Maintain antivirus (Sophos) and endpoint security across all systems
Monitor licenses such as HSC and OpenScape Business and ensure timely renewals
Support call monitoring systems and digital signage (Hikvision)
Troubleshoot IPTV systems (Triax, LG Pro:Centric) and manage configurations
Assist with IT procurement, asset management, and documentation
