Job Title: Application Support Engineer (ladies – Arabic Speaking)
Purpose
Responsible for supporting existing in-house and vendor applications, ensuring stable operations, high availability, and minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor application performance, identify issues, and analyze incidents.

Document problems, resolutions, and lessons learned.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.

Maintain system documentation, change logs, and operational procedures.

Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate application changes, upgrades, and new releases.

Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
-
Lead investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents.

Take ownership of cross-functional issues and drive them to resolution.

Participate in Change Management processes, ensuring proper approvals and rollback plans.

Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and business users.

Ensure business continuity during application updates, maintenance, and incident response.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
-
Strong understanding of application support processes and Change Management.
-
Experience working with in-house and vendor-supported applications.
-
Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents under pressure.
