Role Overview:
Technosys is seeking an ERP Software Support Executive with hands-on experience in bakery or restaurant operations. The role involves providing end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, configuring ERP modules, and ensuring smooth system performance tailored to the food and bakery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-User Support
• Provide timely and effective assistance to ERP users.
• Address queries, issues, and concerns related to system functionality.
• Conduct training sessions to improve user knowledge and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
• Diagnose and resolve technical errors faced by end-users.
• Collaborate with the technical team for complex issue escalation.
• Implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues.
• Customization & Configuration
• Assist in tailoring the ERP system to meet bakery and restaurant business needs.
• Configure modules and settings to ensure optimal system performance.
• System Upgrades & Maintenance
• Coordinate and support ERP system updates and enhancements.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to maintain system efficiency.
• Data Management
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with business processes.
• Coordinate with software vendors for support and system updates.
• Documentation & Training
• Maintain detailed records of ERP configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.
• Prepare user manuals, guides, and training resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in ERP software support, preferably within the bakery or restaurant sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as inventory, order processing, and financials.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with bakery/restaurant business processes will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
