Job Summary:
American Telephysicians is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Executive (Junior) to support our SaaS-based telemedicine and digital healthcare platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in healthcare technology and application support. The role involves day-to-day client support, coordination with technical teams, and assisting U.S.-based healthcare clients in using our platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level application support to clients using American Telephysicians’ SaaS-based telemedicine platforms.
- Handle day-to-day support requests, including basic troubleshooting, issue logging, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical and internal support teams to escalate and resolve application issues.
- Assist clients with basic system navigation, user access, and workflow-related queries.
- Support client onboarding activities, including basic walkthroughs and usage guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and internal support processes.
- Report recurring issues and client feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Support U.S.-based clients and adapt to time-zone-based support schedules when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in application support, customer support, or IT support roles.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to healthcare IT, telemedicine platforms, or digital health applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing or support tools (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Understanding of basic data privacy and security principles (HIPAA awareness is a plus).
