We are looking for an Application Support Executive – HMS to support, implement, and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS/HIS) applications. The role involves onsite hospital support, user training, issue resolution, and backend data support for hospital clients across India (and Middle East for high performers).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for HMS/HIS modules such as Registration, Billing, OPD/IPD, Pharmacy, Lab, EMR
- Handle user issues, ticket resolution, and functional troubleshooting
- Support HMS implementation, go-live, and post-deployment activities
- Perform basic SQL queries (MS SQL) for data validation and issue analysis
- Prepare and modify reports using Crystal Reports
- Conduct user training for hospital staff (front office, billing, doctors, nurses)
- Coordinate with development and implementation teams
- Maintain support documentation, issue logs, and release notes
Travel Requirement
- Minimum 2 weeks travel per month within India
- Implementation travel may extend up to 30 days (not continuous every month)
- Some months will be HQ-based for remote client support
- Middle East travel opportunities for top performers
Eligibility / Who Can Apply
- Hospital IT Executives / IT Coordinators / Application Support staff
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in hospitals (HMS/HIS support)
- OR 1+ year experience in HMS software companies such as:
- IT DOSE
- EH NOTE
- EASY SOLUTIONS
- YARAGO
- AOSTA
- SUKRA SOFTWARE
- Degree / Diploma / Non-Degree candidates are acceptable
