Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support & Operations Engineer to support, operate, and troubleshoot applications in a live production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for applications running in a production (live) environment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and issues efficiently.
Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and cross-functional technical teams.
Document incidents, root causes, and implemented solutions in a structured manner.
Ensure system stability, availability, and optimal performance.
Deliver effective technical support to maintain high user satisfaction.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
8+ years of experience in application support and operations within a production environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in incident management and issue resolution.
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical production issues.
