We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement in Dammam, KSA

Job Details:

Role: Charles River Derivatives (CRD) Application Support Analyst

Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract, outsourced

Work Location: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Notice period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days of notice

Job Purpose:

Charles River Derivatives (CRD) Application Support Analyst, will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the CRD application along with the end to end implementation. This role involves troubleshooting, system monitoring, issue resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience and should be technically strong who has end to end CRD implementation platform.
• Assist in testing and deployment of new application releases and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of trade order management, portfolio management, compliance, and derivatives trading workflows.
• Provide daily operational support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) application, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to derivatives workflows within CRD
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Work closely with end-users, including portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and IT teams, to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
• Perform application configuration, user access management, and support system upgrades or patches.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Train users on application features, workflows, and best practices.
