PS Team Responsibility
Responsible for application support end to end
Knowledge on e-commerce / B2B is Good
Co-ordination during Application Maintenance, Production Outage
Responsible for driving Defect and Incident Management
Preparing / Reviewing training manuals, SOP and FAQ materials for easy-access
Documenting processes and maintaining records
Collaborating with internal team and customer
Keeping stakeholders informed of advancements in incident or requests
weekly Monthly Status Report

Key Skills:
Production Support Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar
At least 2 to 4 year experience Application Support
Super excellent in communication ( written and Verbal) and presentation skillset
Knowledge on ITIL process is Must
Proficiency in any ITSM software ( Knowledge on Monday ticketing tool would be a Plus)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge on Infrastructure (Azure) is a Plus.
Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
