Application Support Technician

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Answer phone calls and create tickets for them · Install SQL Server, Native Client, SMSS & Express

· Document and Close Tickets · Install EndoVault

· Escalate tickets as needed · Run queries as needed for troubleshooting

· Send messages through ERP to staff and clients · Install and configure local database

· Communicate with team members via MS Teams · Add user to EndoVault and update credentials

· Install ENR · Resend images as needed in EndoVault

· Construct ENR reports · Update picklists in EndoVault

· Install, Troubleshoot, and correct GRS reports · Regenerate reports in EndoVault

· Understand the basics on ARGUS · Configure camera setup in EndoVault

· Identify message locations for interfaces · Unlock procedures

· Stop and Start Interfaces services as needed · Modify procedure reports in EndoVault

· Identify where interfaces failed · Configure reports \ build queries

· Identify logs from interfaces and be able to read them

· In house IT Support, including making cables as needed

· Site maintenance on client accounts in System information in ERP

· Build new client systems prior to sending to clients

· Ability to train clients on EndoVault · Identify issues with ENDOACCESS · Basic troubleshooting with Qlinical · Comprehensive understanding of EPIC API · Document issues with Image Ark · In-House client builds · Install ARGUS · Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job are as follows:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment.

· The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and crouch or crawl.

· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours fluctuate between 7:00AM to 6:00PM M-F (8.5 hr shift with 30 minute meal break). This is an in office position

No travel required for this position

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Must have basic working knowledge of SQL; understanding of a database structure and how to execute simple statements.

· Experience with EHR, EMR, or practice management software a plus.

· Experience providing software support a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
