Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that any issues are accurately defined and resolved through your comprehensive product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance client satisfaction. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management. - Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
