Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your extensive product knowledge to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions, all while maintaining a commitment to quality and exceptional communication. Roles & Responsibilities: • Implement, operate and maintain software distribution and client administration tools through JAMF Casper to Mac Desktops and Notebooks. • Utilize JAMF Casper to ensure a standard version level of MacOS and applications across all Macs. • Support common MacOS applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016, along with macOS troubleshooting. • Administer Profiles and Policies using JAMF Casper version 9.6 or later. • Migrate and provide support for all Mac equipment - Apple Laptops, Workstations, and Servers. • 3- 6+ years of experience with Mac in an Enterprise Environment. • Demonstrate experience in a distributed environment of at least 1,000+ workstations and/or servers is ideal. • Good knowledge and understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, Switch accesses and configuration etc). • Experience using terminal commands and simple Bash scripts. • Experience with a ticketing system & ITIL Process. • Good Communication, Problem Solving and Root Cause analysis skills. • Effective working independently or as part of a team. • Good at Process creation and efficiency improvement. Requirements • Supported OS: macOS 10.13, 10.14, 11 and newer • Platform: JAMF PRO or Casper Suite. • Tools: FileVault, McAfee, Symantec Endpoint Encryption. Adobe Creative Suite, Office 2013 and 2016. Knowledge Good to have: • Networking: Netboot, Netinstall, Netrestore. Integrate & Bind Apple Mac computers with Windows Active Directory • Exposure of Unix, and Shell scripting • Good Exposure to SQL. • Knowledge of Intune or other MDM tools • SCCM 2012/2016 • Exposure to Munki
