Application Trainer- Richmond, VA- onsite- in Person interview

We are seeking an Application Trainer to deliver effective end-user training for Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. This role focuses on driving user adoption, improving system usability, and ensuring ongoing proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions

• Develop training materials (user guides, videos, e-learning modules)

• Customize training based on user roles and workflows

• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and changes

• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate effectiveness

• Collaborate with Health Services, IT, and vendor teams

• Track training schedules and completion metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2–5 years in application training, software implementation, or user education

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience with training tools (PowerPoint, LMS, video tools)

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for end users
