- Architect and implement ArcGIS-based geospatial solutions for healthcare mapping and analytics
- Define and enforce governance frameworks, metadata standards, and data quality protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective data sharing
- Manage GIS datasets including demographic, socioeconomic, and health-related data
- Mentor GIS analysts and developers on spatial analysis and visualization best practices
- Present dashboards, reports, and interactive maps to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 7+ years in GIS, including 3+ years in a lead/architect role
- Expert-level proficiency in Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro Advanced, network analyst, geocoding, web mapping)
- Strong experience in geospatial governance and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years with SQL Server Enterprise Geodatabases
- 5+ years with Python and SQL scripting
- Familiarity with Medicaid, public health, or social services datasets
- GIS certifications (Esri, GISP)
- Experience with Snowflake, GeoAI, LLMs, and custom web-based GIS tools
- Agile/Scrum development lifecycle experience
