Software Architect (AI-First)

At RTW Creation, we are building next-generation digital products with AI at the core. Our solutions combine scalable software engineering with cutting-edge GenAI capabilities. We are looking for a passionate Software Architect (AI-First) who can design, build, and deliver systems end-to-end while experimenting with the latest AI development tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with the team to design software solutions across web, mobile, and back-office systems.

Define service boundaries, APIs, and data flows for scalable applications (monolith-to-microservices or new greenfield projects).

Support the design and integration of AI features such as LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt evaluation.
*
Deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP, including CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.
*
Write and review clean, maintainable code, ensuring strong performance and reliability.
Contribute to architecture documentation and participate in peer reviews.

Work closely with senior engineers to learn system design, observability, and DevOps pipelines.

CORE TECH YOU SHOULD KNOW (EXPOSURE TO MOST OF THESE)

• Backend: Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI (Java/.NET acceptable if strong in design).

Frontend: React (Next.js), TypeScript.
*
Data & Infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB/NoSQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
*
Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP.
*
AI/GenAI: Python, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone), embeddings, RAG.
*
Tools: GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Sentry/Grafana.
*
AI-assisted IDEs: Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools.

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (saga/outbox patterns).

Exposure to MLOps tools (model packaging, inference, feature stores).
*
Understanding of application security (OWASP, compliance basics).
*
Curiousity to optimize cost and performance in cloud deployments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1–2 years professional software engineering experience (backend or full-stack).

Exposure to system design or architecture concepts in previous projects (academic, internship, or job).
*
Demonstrated ability to deliver small-to-medium software projects.
*
Strong interest in AI-driven development and eagerness to learn.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• Salary: PKR 120,000 – 180,000 per month (market-based, mid-level)
