Job Objective:
Manage the operations and maintenance of the respective IT Applications and its associated elements guided by the objectives of maintaining constant availability, optimal functionality and performance of the respective system/ application in line with the defined service level agreements and quality standards
Key Job Responsibilities:

Provide L1 & L2 technical support to meet applications objectives and requirements across IT & Digital department.

Handle the application operation of core billing, Roaming & Interconnect and CRM systems to ensure effective management of these IT systems.

Provide daily billing operation services including processing, preparation, and presentation of bills to ensure its alignment with departmental objectives and deliverables.

Manage billing quality control activities including the assurance of bill preparations and bill presentations to safeguard compliance to IT & Digital standards.

Support the roll-out of new applications including planning and executing preventive maintenance to effectively promote the applications changes to production environment.

Manage the operation of customer facing applications, operating systems, and databases in production environment enabling service operations efficiency.

Analyse and solve complex problems related to all data, networks, operating systems and applications to ensure continuous system availability to all departments

Guide fault management activities (incl. testing, diagnosing and repairing the IT system/ Application in case of faults) in order to ensure short response times as per the agreed targets and customer satisfaction and centricity.

Plan and implement routine maintenance of the IT Systems/ Application and their associated elements as directed to ensure availability targets are achieved.

Participate in defining operations approaches, and in planning and, offer recommendations in selecting best practice operations techniques for all IT systems/ applications.

Perform health check and fine tuning for all applications ensuring adherence to quality standards and business requirements.

Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any other related field
Minimum 8 years of multifunctional experience in a Technology and Digital function, specializing in applications operations.
