Applied AI ML Analyst - Compliance Analytics

JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of LLM-based solutions for compliance and risk management use cases.
  • Assist in researching and applying LLM techniques to improve automation, document analysis, and risk detection in the CCOR domain.
  • Work with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to solution design.
  • Communicate technical findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help maintain and enhance tools and processes for LLM model evaluation and optimization.
  • Analyze data and model outputs to assess performance and suggest improvements.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics) or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, with exposure to Machine Learning, LLMs or NLP technologies preferred.
  • Programming skills in Python; familiarity with NLP libraries
  • Understanding of language modeling concepts and general AI principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate results clearly.
  • Familiarity with data structures and algorithms is desirable.
