Through personalized, evidence-based care rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our RBTs help children build essential life skills and foster meaningful progress. We believe in compassion-driven care, and we support our team with ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in their natural environments — including homes, schools, center and community settings.
• Implement care plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring fidelity to ABA principles.
• Build strong relationships with families, offering regular updates and collaborating to support each child’s success.
• Document progress and participate in team meetings to refine strategies and celebrate milestones.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including support for RBT certification and advanced ABA techniques.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred.
• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience in special education or behavioral support preferred — but we’ll train the right candidate!
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification (Jigsaw provides training and support).
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in varied community settings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and actively engage with children.
