DataRobot is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring data professionals in Dubai to join our Applied Data Science Associate program. This full-time, paid training experience is designed for those with technical backgrounds who are eager to launch or advance a career in AI. Over six months, you ll work alongside leading experts, learn to use our powerful AI platform, and gain hands-on experience delivering real-world impact for global clients. Arabic and English fluency is required, and you must be based in the Dubai area.

What You ll Do

* Participate in an intensive 6-month development program built around customer-facing data science skills
* Master core AI techniques: classification, regression, time series, anomaly detection
* Learn to wrangle and analyze data using Python, R, and other tools
* Become a platform expert across DataRobot's GUI and API clients
* Consult with customers from data scientists to executives on real use cases and value-driving strategies
* Translate complex data science into practical business outcomes
* Collaborate with sales, consulting, and engineering teams on enterprise AI delivery
* Gain direct exposure to the most advanced generative and predictive AI applications in the market

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor's or graduate degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, physics)
* Alternatively, at least 3 years in a technical product or data-related role
* Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
* Passion for AI, machine learning, and solving business problems with data
* Self-driven, curious, and open to learning from experts in the field
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients
* Currently residing in Dubai or the surrounding area
