We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform complex data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, Power Query, Excel, Python, and Power BI to support reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data using SQL and Power Query from various sources.
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and interactive reports in Power BI.
- Use Excel for advanced data analysis — Power Pivot, DAX measures, XLOOKUP, Dynamic Arrays, and LAMBDA functions.
- Perform in-depth analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and automation.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, views, and stored procedures for efficient reporting.
- Create and manage data relationships across multiple datasets for accurate performance tracking.
- Implement DAX formulas to calculate KPIs, performance metrics, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across analytical systems.
Required Skills
- SQL: Joins, Group By, Subqueries, CTEs, Stored Procedures, Views, Window Functions.
- Power Query: Table, Text, and List Functions, Merge & Append Queries.
- Excel: Power Pivot, Data Model, Measures, Dynamic Arrays, LAMBDA, XLOOKUP, GroupBy, Filter.
- Python: Pandas, NumPy for data cleaning, analysis, and process automation.
- Power BI: Data Modeling, DAX, and creation of dynamic and interactive dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in automating data workflows between Excel, Power BI, and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of ETL processes or cloud data tools (e.g., Azure, BigQuery) is an advantage.
