Job Overview

Green Factor is hiring an Appointment Center Representative to handle high call volume and convert inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role. You’ll be expected to manage a high number of calls, follow up consistently, and keep the schedule full.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 60–120 calls per day (inbound + outbound)
  • Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
  • Follow up on web leads, missed calls, and unsold estimates
  • Rehash prior opportunities to recover lost revenue
  • Enter accurate data into ServiceTitan CRM
  • Coordinate with the operations team to maintain a full schedule

  • High booking rate on inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Fast response time on new leads
  • Consistent follow-up activity
  • Clean, accurate CRM entries

Qualifications

  • Experience in call center, appointment setting, or customer service
  • Comfortable handling high call volume daily
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay productive
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Home service experience is a plus (HVAC, roofing, etc.)

Compensation & Growth

  • $18–$22/hr starting base (based on experience)
