Job Overview
Green Factor is hiring an Appointment Center Representative to handle high call volume and convert inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role. You’ll be expected to manage a high number of calls, follow up consistently, and keep the schedule full.
What You’ll Do
- Handle 60–120 calls per day (inbound + outbound)
- Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
- Follow up on web leads, missed calls, and unsold estimates
- Rehash prior opportunities to recover lost revenue
- Enter accurate data into ServiceTitan CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain a full schedule

- High booking rate on inbound and outbound opportunities
- Fast response time on new leads
- Consistent follow-up activity
- Clean, accurate CRM entries
Qualifications
- Experience in call center, appointment setting, or customer service
- Comfortable handling high call volume daily
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay productive
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Home service experience is a plus (HVAC, roofing, etc.)
Compensation & Growth
- $18–$22/hr starting base (based on experience)
