We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Coordinator to manage scheduling and ensure smooth operations for our sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in setting appointment for a professional sales organization. The Appointment Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's experience by efficiently coordinating appointments and managing appointment calls.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, and reschedule client appointments using our system.
- Getting and recording accurate information, and updating as needed.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette on outbound calls.
- Utilize typing skills for data entry tasks related to appointment scheduling.
- Follow Availability Chart for Scheduling accurately.
- Operate phone systems efficiently to manage high call volumes while providing exceptional customer service.
