Appointment Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Coordinator to manage scheduling and ensure smooth operations for our sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in setting appointment for a professional sales organization. The Appointment Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's experience by efficiently coordinating appointments and managing appointment calls.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, and reschedule client appointments using our system.
  • Getting and recording accurate information, and updating as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette on outbound calls.
  • Utilize typing skills for data entry tasks related to appointment scheduling.
  • Follow Availability Chart for Scheduling accurately.
  • Operate phone systems efficiently to manage high call volumes while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity typing for efficient data entry tasks.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
