We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center / Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, services, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and clinical staff.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
- Manage patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support clinic promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities by contacting potential patients.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or patient coordination role in the UAE (preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures is preferred.
- Good computer skills and experience with CRM or clinic management systems.
