Appointment Coordinator

Having been a San Antonio company since 1991, Skin Rejuvenation Clinique and its employees take pride in having a strong and committed relationship with our clientele. Being the first person to make contact with our clients, the Coordinator must be able to represent the image of SRC with excellent communication skills and customer service. In addition to presence, Coordinators must have an understanding of a computer for scheduling, emailing and performing other administrative duties. They must use proper phone etiquette and manage the retail area, which includes the desk area, client files and sales floor.

Overall job requirements include the following:

  • Greeting clients as they enter the facility
  • Taking phone calls and coordinating appointments
  • Data entry and file creation
  • Basic marketing: sending letters, emails and phone calls
  • Inventory management and ordering
  • Communicate and coordinate with a team of Aestheticians, Nurses, Hair Dressers
  • Basic bookkeeping and end-of-day procedures
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness to the facility
  • Maintain a polished and professional personal appearance

Requirements:

  • Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Use proper phone etiquette
  • Be able to operate a computer
  • Understand basic word processing applications (Word & Outlook/Email)
  • Be willing to work as a team and communicate efficiently
  • Be flexible and open to new ideas and methods of learning

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
