Sales & Appointment Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & Appointment Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, bookings, and daily front-desk operations at our pet salon. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to handle customers professionally while ensuring smooth appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
• Book and manage grooming appointments efficiently
• Coordinate with grooming staff for daily schedules
• Provide information about services, pricing, and availability
• Follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback
• Maintain customer records and booking details
• Upsell salon services and packages when needed

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Organized and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple bookings
• Own visa preferred
