Front Desk Coordinator

Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to manage front office operations and provide administrative support within our construction division. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk management, customer service, office administration, visitor coordination, and communication support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk and reception operations
  • Welcome visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Coordinate with construction site teams and office departments
  • Ensure office supplies and reception area are properly maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication support

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in construction or engineering company preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • UAE experience preferred
