Appointment Sales Specialist

Are you a closer who thrives on turning interest into commitment?
We’re not hiring a receptionist or a customer service rep. We’re hiring a phone-based sales professional who understands that every call is an opportunity to help someone take the next step—and to grow revenue by doing it the right way.

The Role

As our Appointment Sales Specialist, you’ll respond to inbound calls/web leads and run outbound follow-up for people who already raised their hand. Your goal is simple:

Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments with a paid reservation deposit.

This is a consultative sales role. You’ll listen, diagnose the real barrier, communicate our value clearly, and handle objections professionally—without being pushy.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert inbound leads: Turn calls and form submissions into booked appointments.
  • Secure reservation deposits: Confidently collect deposits over the phone in accordance with our policy to protect show rates.
  • Outbound follow-up: Re-engage warm leads who didn’t schedule (no cold calling).
  • Handle objections: Cost, timing, “need to think about it,” spouse approval, fear/uncertainty—your job is to lead the conversation to a decision.
  • Own the pipeline: Keep CRM notes clean, follow-ups tight, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Improve through coaching: You’ll be recorded/role-played/coached to continuously improve conversion and show rate.

Who You Are

  • A proven closer: You’re comfortable asking for payment on the phone, and you do it professionally.
  • High empathy + high standards: You build rapport fast and you move the conversation to commitment.
  • Process-driven: You follow a script, use a CRM correctly, and you don’t “wing it.”
  • Experienced: 2+ years in phone sales, enrollment, inside sales, or appointment setting (healthcare is a plus).

  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
  • Deposit collection rate
  • Show rate on booked appointments
  • Speed-to-lead + follow-up completion
  • Pipeline cleanliness (no stale leads)

Compensation

  • Base: $25–$30/hour (DOE)
  • Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses tied to kept appointments / show rate
  • Remote: Work from home (quiet environment, reliable internet, headset required)
  • Schedule: Must be available during Pacific Time business hours (specific shifts TBD)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
