To accelerate growth, we’re hiring Appointment Setters who can connect with businesses, explain the value of our free trial, and set appointments for our sales consultants to onboard new clients.

Role Overview

Your primary job is simple: set qualified online demo appointments with businesses from the screened lead lists we provide. Every business you call will already have been verified as needing AI solutions — whether or not they’re already using tools. Our infrastructure model supersedes any tool they’re currently using, making this a much easier close.

You’ll be offering our 3-Day Free Trial (7-Day coming soon) that allows prospects to get started with zero hassle. Once the demo is booked, our consultants take over to onboard them.

Your performance directly fuels the company’s growth and unlocks big earning potential for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call from daily lead lists provided (more available upon request).
  • Introduce our AI infrastructure solutions and free trial offer.
  • Schedule demo appointments for sales consultants.
  • Clearly explain value, pricing, and benefits so clients arrive to calls ready to onboard.
  • Track calls, demos set, and conversions in the company CRM.
  • Maintain professional communication in a quiet office setup with a dedicated work line.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or appointment setting experience.
  • Strong communicator, fast learner, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable explaining value propositions in clear, simple terms.
  • Must have: Laptop Mac or HP Desktop
  • Private and quiet work environment. No music or Loud areas
  • Must show proof of work area to qualify
  • High-speed internet.
  • Separate phone line for business use.
  • Ability to work 8 hours per day, full-time.

Performance & Income Structure

Base Salary: $120,000/year
Commissions & Bonuses:

  • Average Appointment Setter earns $2,500/week.
  • Daily bonuses of $250–$500+ when company daily appointment goals are met.
  • Weekly/Monthly Performance Bonuses: $5,000–$20,000 based on consistent conversions.
  • Incentives, company-paid trips, retreats, and recognition awards.
  • Retirement plan and additional benefits offered.

Conversion Rate: 80–97% of free trial demos convert into paying customers. That means your booked demos are highly likely to turn into commissions.

Earning Example

  • Daily: Set 25 appointments → hit bonus → earn $500+ daily bonus + commissions.
  • Weekly: Average setters earn $2,500/week, with high performers earning significantly more.
  • Yearly: $120,000 base + $50,000–$200,000 in bonuses & commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services
  • Utilize negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates
  • Continuously improve knowledge of technology sales and industry trends to enhance communication with prospects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Ability to engage customers effectively through warm calling techniques
  • Background in technical sales or technology-related fields is a plus
  • Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and driving results
