This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Ribarrouy. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone or email, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients effectively
• Proficiency in scheduling, organizing, and managing appointments
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Basic knowledge or experience in sales and marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
