About the Role As an Appointment Setter, you will run cold call campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate growth within our commercial segment. You will be responsible for:

• Building rapport quickly with potential clients
• Scheduling appointments for our sales team
• Keeping the CRM lead pipeline organized and up to date so no sales opportunity is missed
• Additional outreach responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• C2 level English fluency
• Own a computer and mobile phone
• Reliable and fast WiFi connection
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (~120 dials/day)
• Not afraid of rejection — our ideal candidate treats it as a necessary challenge and a stepping stone to success
• No previous experience required!

Note: Calls are made through a dialer system provided by the Company. You will use your own phone and computer.

Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (Part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance)

Compensation

• $4.00 USD/hour
• +$0.50 USD bonus for every successfully set appointment (A "successfully set" appointment means one that is mutually confirmed between Mint Maintenance and the business being solicited)

Important Notes

• This is a contractor role
• Outbound calling experience is a plus but not required — what matters most is your attitude and communication skills
• If you're someone who prefers sitting back and waiting for calls to come to you, this role is likely not the right fit
