Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, your role is to:
- Reach out to potential clients
- Start conversations and build initial interest
- Qualify prospects
- Book appointments for our sales team
You will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, social media, and/or email
- Engage with prospects in a professional and confident manner
- Ask qualifying questions to identify potential clients
- Schedule appointments directly into our calendar
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets
Performance Expectations
- Consistent daily outreach activity
- Ability to generate and manage multiple conversations
- Regular booking of qualified appointments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales, call center, lead generation, or outbound outreach
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
