Appointment Setter

Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for prospect list building and outbound messaging on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects through structured message sequences and book meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their career who have strong communication skills and a disciplined work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn and Twitter/X
  • Execute daily outbound outreach using pre-defined message sequences
  • Send 200–300 outreach messages per day consistently
  • Book qualified meetings and hand them over to the sales team
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clean and organized lead data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of appointment setting or outbound sales
  • Strong skills in list building and lead research
  • Familiarity with email-finding and lead enrichment tools
  • Basic experience or willingness to learn CRM systems
  • Good written communication skills (clear, professional messaging)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Reliable, consistent, and target-driven work ethic

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to SaaS or IT services
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools
  • Understanding of outbound sales workflows
