Job Overview:

NETS International, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the growth of a company with over four decades of expertise in delivering customized solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Proactively contact potential clients via telephone and email from provided leads to introduce NETS International's services.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities.
  • Clearly and effectively articulate our company's value proposition and service offerings.
  • Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a suitable fit for our solutions.
  • Secure and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and lead activity within our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and qualified appointments.
     

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Appointment Setter, Telesales Representative, or Business Development Representative.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and capture client requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience within the IT or telecommunications sector would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
