Job Overview:

We are hiring Appointment Setters to connect with businesses in UAE and schedule meetings for our CRM solutions.

Your role is to start conversations, understand business needs, and book appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.

This is a communication-focused role, not hard selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call businesses and introduce our CRM system
• Speak with owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Identify interested prospects
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM

Requirements:

• Good spoken English communication
• Confident and professional speaking style
• Fresh or experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in call center / sales is a plus
• Basic computer skills (CRM/data entry)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 30,000 to 40,000 (depends on experience) + Commission
