Business Development Executive (Courier & Logistic)
Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in preparing territory sales plans and executing marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Provide effective after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the courier, logistics, or service industry. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
