Business Development Executive (Courier & Logistic)

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in preparing territory sales plans and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide effective after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the courier, logistics, or service industry. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
