What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team by identifying prospective customers and creating opportunities for meaningful business conversations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, SMS, and social media outreach to engage potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest in our products or services.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales representatives with qualified prospects.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional, friendly, and consultative communication.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and increase appointment conversion rates.
- Handle objections confidently while providing accurate information about our services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Track leads throughout the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and lead quality.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, including calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.
- Prepare activity reports and maintain organized documentation of outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate our value.
