With offices in the UK, Spain and the United States, our inbound enquiry volume continues to grow rapidly, and we are expanding our team at our Mijas Costa office near Fuengirola.

Role 1: Appointment Setters

Overview

We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to handle inbound enquiries and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a fast-paced phone-based role suited to individuals who are confident communicators and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • - Handling inbound customer enquiries
  • - Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • - Booking qualified appointments for the sales team
  • - Maintaining accurate call notes and customer information
  • - Working closely with colleagues to ensure a steady flow of opportunities

Requirements

- Essential: Experience taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls

  • - Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting advantageous
  • - Strong, fluent spoken English
  • - Professional and confident telephone manner
  • - Basic computer skills
  • - Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic personality

Role 2: Sales Consultants

Overview

ECC is recruiting Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Our marketing campaigns generate thousands of inbound enquiries every month, providing a consistent flow of potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • - Conduct consultations with prospective clients
  • - Present claim services and explain the process clearly
  • - Convert qualified leads into clients
  • - Manage and maintain client relationships

Requirements

  • - Highly motivated with a high-performance mindset
  • - Direct sales experience preferred but not essential
  • - Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • - Basic computer knowledge
  • - Experience or understanding of the holiday ownership industry is an advantage
  • - Native or fluent English speaker
  • - Must have the legal right to work in Spain
