OFF-PLAN - PROPERTY CONSULTANTS

Job Description:
Vahedna Real Estate is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic OFFPLAN PROPERTY CONSULTANTS to join our growing team in Dubai. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in communication, and comfortable presenting on camera.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties confidently, including on-camera promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market and available listings.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Confident in front of the camera (for property marketing and social media).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
