Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Advise clients on property options, market trends, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
• Manage exclusive property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate sales and leasing offers.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and management teams to ensure smooth deal processing.
• Stay informed of market developments, competitor activities, and RERA regulations.
• Uphold the Colliers brand’s integrity and service excellence in every client interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills .
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Salesforce preferred) .
• RERA certification preferred (training and support available).
