Requirements and responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote insurance products and explain coverage, benefits, and pricing in a persuasive manner.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to increase trust and conversion rates.
- Qualify interested customers and transfer qualified calls to the Closing Team for final consultation and sales closure.
- Ensure smooth and professional call transfers by providing accurate customer information and inquiry details to the Closers.
- Handle objections confidently and encourage customer interest in available insurance plans.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and sales notes within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to lead generation, transferred calls, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and closing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques to improve performance.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience that supports customer retention and business growth.
