Job Description:

Veclar Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Appointment Settlers to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, providing basic information about our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospects based on provided leads.
• Offer a basic introduction to the product or service during the call.
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects and accurately log details.
• No auto-dialer – manual dialing and CRM usage required.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to ensure appointment confirmation.
• Manage and update daily schedules for the sales team.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Ensure schedule maintenance and avoid overlaps or missed appointments.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate or higher.
• Excellent English communication skills – spoken and listening.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in night shift hours.
• Ability to work without an auto dialer and maintain high call volumes.
