About the Program:
At Zydus, freshers are offered a One-Year Apprenticeship Program that provides structured on-the-job training, combining practical experience with skill development under professional guidance.

Role: Corporate HR Apprentice

Education: B.Com + MBA (HR), Fresher (2024/2025 pass-out)

Stipend: Rs.15,000 – Rs.23,000 per month (fixed)

Responsibilities:
✔ Recruitment & on boarding support
✔ Induction & employee engagement
✔ Compliance and other HR activities

Preference: Immediate joiners

Skills: Good communication, confident, basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
