We are seeking students with a legal background to assist with the following tasks:<br>
<ul><li>Contract Validation: Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file (Excel) containing approximately 30 fields, such as company names, business details, dates, and signatures, etc.</li><li>Data Population: Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values.</li><li>Data Verification: After contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM, ensure that the data provided in the manifest file is correctly uploaded.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
