Apprentice Plumber

The Apprentice Plumber at Marty's Maintenance will work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial job sites, as well as in the service truck. The role involves physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces, and requires a commitment to learning and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Journeyman Plumber and other experienced team members.
• Truck cleanliness - stock equipment, supplies, & material.
• Material runs - deliver material and supplies with accurate records.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Enrollment in or completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program (We can get you started!)
• Desire to learn and develop plumbing skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the plumbing trade.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
