Production & Assembly Associate — Men’s Accessory Design House

Remo Tulliani Design is a men’s accessory design house specializing in belts, socks, and eyewear. We design, sample, and produce our products right here in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over 25 years in business, we’ve built a strong national brand and partner with several custom design clients across the U.S.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on team player who’s ready to learn all aspects of our operation — from assembly and production to shipping and client support. Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare men’s accessories using our specialized machines (training provided)
• Cut and prepare materials for production
• Pick, pack, and ship merchandise (domestic and international)
• Assist with preparing products and designs for clients
• Support general operations and daily workflow in the Scottsdale studio
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and work hard
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks
• Comfortable working with materials such as leather, textiles, and packaging
• No experience necessary — training provided
• Must maintain a professional appearance (no face or neck tattoos, and no facial piercings)
• Must adhere to our drug-free workplace policy, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing
• This policy includes medical marijuana
