Apprenticeship Trainee

About the Role

This apprenticeship program is designed for Civil Engineering freshers who are keen to build a strong foundation in real estate and construction projects. Apprentices will get hands-on exposure across multiple functions and learn end-to-end project execution under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Note: This is a learning-focused role. There is no specific designation, as candidates will be trained across different areas.

Compensation: 25,000 per month

Key Learning & Exposure Areas:

• Site execution and day-to-day construction activities
• Basic planning & coordination with site engineers
• Understanding drawings (structural, architectural & services)
• Quality control & safety practices at site
• Material management and site documentation
• Vendor & contractor coordination (basic exposure)
• Progress reporting and site measurements
• Exposure to residential / commercial real estate projects
