Approval & design Executive (Real estate)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Approval & Design Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating approval drawings and documentation for DTCP and RERA. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, thorough knowledge of statutory approvals, and hands-on experience in real estate or construction projects.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

 Prepare and develop planning drawings using AutoCAD.

 Handle DTCP and RERA approval processes end-to-end.

 Prepare, review, and submit approval drawings and statutory documents.

 Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams for approvals.

 Manage layouts, building approval drawings, and revisions as required.

 Track approval status and ensure timely follow-ups.

 Ensure compliance with applicable development control rules and regulations.

 Maintain accurate records of approval documents and correspondence.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

 Timely completion and submission of approval drawings.

 Approval success rate and adherence to regulatory requirements.

 Accuracy and quality of drawings and documentation.

 Effective coordination with authorities and stakeholders.

 Compliance with project timelines and approval schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS

 Strong knowledge of DTCP and RERA

approvals.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD for planning and

drawings.

 Experience in layout planning and building

approvals.

 Ability to prepare, review, and submit approval

documents.

 Good coordination and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

 Experience in real estate or construction

projects.

 Familiarity with local approval authorities and

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
