Approvals Officer – Interior Fit-out

• Manage and facilitate all necessary government and authority approvals for interior fit-out projects, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, DDA, and other relevant bodies.
• Prepare, submit, and track drawings, NOCs, and permit applications to ensure timely project approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority regulations.
• Handle site inspections, documentation, and follow-ups with government representatives until final approval is obtained.
• Maintain updated knowledge of authority procedures, regulations, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai Municipality portal, DDA portal).
• Support the design and project management teams with approval timelines, requirements, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all authority correspondence and approval documents are properly filed and maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in handling authority approvals for interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and submission processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
