Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability (often included).
• Develop course materials, practice questions, quizzes, and full-length mock tests.
• Analyze student performance, clarify doubts, and provide personalized feedback and mentoring.
• Stay updated on the latest competitive exam patterns and question trends.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms for blended or purely online learning.

Typical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Science).
• Experience: Often 2+ years of experience in aptitude training, test prep, or campus recruitment training is preferred, but fresher roles may exist, especially in ed-tech companies.
• Skills:
• Deep conceptual clarity in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of learners.
