Job Summary:
The AQMS Expert is responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Air
Quality Monitoring Systems and ensuring accurate data collection in compliance with environmental
regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Commissioning
- Install and configure Air Quality Monitoring Stations (fixed, mobile, or portable).
- Set up analyzers, sensors, data loggers, and meteorological equipment.
- Ensure proper power supply, communication connections, and system integration.
2. Operation & Maintenance
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of AQMS instruments.
- Conduct calibration, span checks, zero checks, and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Monitor real-time air quality data.
- Validate, interpret, and analyze data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
4. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE EPA/EU standards.
- Maintain logs, certificates, and QA/QC documentation.
5. Coordination & Field Work
- Conduct site assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants, government bodies, and suppliers.
- Train technicians.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field.
- Experience with AQMS analyzers and approved methods.
- Strong data management and troubleshooting skills.
Experience:
- 2–5 years in AQMS field.
Preferred Nationality:
- Pakistan
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable to relocate.
