We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Aqua-Tots Swimming Instructors (AT-WSI). If you love working with children and want to make a difference by teaching life-saving water safety skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Previous experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, aquatics, or swim coaching is an advantage, but not required
• Experience working with children (such as sports coaching, camp counseling, PE teaching, or similar roles) is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
• Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
• Flexible availability, including weekdays and Saturdays
• Ability to swim Freestyle and Backstroke confidently
• Must obtain and maintain a current AT-WSI Certification with Aqua-Tots Swim Schools upon employment
• Female candidates only

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
